As it will take some time before we see the results of the COVID-19 vaccine, going to crowded places is still risky. Groceries being a necessity means we will have to frequently make such purchases, but many apps now exist to do the shopping for us instead.
We compiled a list of 10 online grocery delivery apps you can opt to use for minimising that risk. These are not walk-in grocery stores like Jaya Grocer or Tesco, for example, but they do source from these stores or their own dark stores.
Dictionary Time: A dark store is generally a large warehouse that can either be used to facilitate a “click-and-collect” service, where a customer collects an item they have ordered online, or as an order fulfilment platform for online sales.
